Rhubarb is a seasonal vegetable that grows from April to August on Dutch grounds. Every year during this season, we use exclusively local and fresh rhubarb to produce our liqueur. We want to celebrate this moment with you through our delicious perfect serve: the Reben Spritz!
This local spritz combines the nostalgic flavour of rhubarb with the refreshing taste of sparkling wine. Serve the Reben Spritz with a lot of ice, even greater company, and cheers on special occasions!

- 90ml prosecco
- 30ml soda water
- ice cubes
- rhubarb
- mint
(Prosecco can be swapped for 80ml cava or 70ml champagne)
